Queen of the South chief Marvin Bartley has ordered up another gutsy show from his side in tomorrow’s home clash with Kelty Hearts. Gaffer Marv was full of praise for his troops as they collected a point in a goal-less draw at Hamilton Accies last weekend and now wants more of the same from the team. Queens racked up their second clean sheet on the trot as they made it four points from six in the last two games. Bartley said: “Kelty Hearts are a good team if they are given time to play. “So, we need to be at our best from the start. “The important thing was not to lose against Hamilton last weekend, obviously we wanted to win the game of football, but the important thing was not to lose. “We got the draw and a point away from home plus it’s two clean sheets in a row which is massive for the team and defensively it is brilliant. It’s about momentum now and that is in my thoughts for Kelty Hearts. “We are round about each other so we need to come in and work hard, get a game plan and execute it against Kelty. “We need to be at our best and not drop our standards. It won’t happen, we will be bang at it and going for the three points.”
