A note believed to be left behind by Shah suggests she was battling depression.The Navi Mumbai Police have intensified their search efforts by enlisting the assistance of local fishermen. The missing woman had been residing with her father in the Navin Asha building located in the Parel area of Mumbai. According to police reports, Shah had been under treatment for depression. On the day of the incident, she informed her father of her intention to go out for some work. Later, a suicide note discovered at her home revealed her plan to end her life at Atal Setu due to prolonged depression.Senior police inspector Rajendra Kote from the Nhava Sheva police station detailed how Shah insisted the taxi driver stop on the bridge before she jumped off. Following this, the driver alerted the authorities, leading to a coordinated search operation involving the coastal police and local villagers.Further investigations into Shahs disappearance included scrutinizing CCTV footage, which showed her boarding a taxi around 1:30 pm on Monday. Despite deploying a speed boat from the Coastal Security Department and engaging local fishermen in the search, authorities have not yet located Shah.The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewri–Nhava Sheva Atal Setu, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in January, stands as the countrys longest sea bridge.
